Owner and General Manager, Mark Kresge, CR, CKDMark Kresge is a licensed plumber in the State of Ohio (license # 29352), a Certified Remodeler through NARI (National Association of Remodeling Industry), and a Certified Kitchen Designer through NKBA (National Kitchen and Bath Association). He has more than 40 years of experience in the home building and remodeling industry. Mark believes that "spending time with family builds special memories. When someone is considering improvements to enhance the family environment, I want to help them fulfill their dreams." Mark is a friendly and sociable person, willing to share his knowledge and experience with his employees, customers, and the community. He is also very involved with many local organizations that help the public receive a positive remodeling experience. Mark has held positions of honor in several professional organizations and received numerous awards for his service to the community, which has enriched him as a person.
Sales, C. Scott McGillivrayScott joined our professional team as a Project Manager in 2008. He is a graduate of Cedarville University with a Bachelor Degree in Communications. His 25-plus years in the residential construction industry have only strengthened his expertise in carpentry, tile, plumbing, electrical, and many other areas of remodeling and renovating. His experience, attention to detail, and integrity have given him an excellent foundation to transfer to the sales process. His goal is to always facilitate a finished product that exceeds customer expectations.
Project Manager, Thomas von RecumTom joined our team as a Crew Carpenter in 2006. After several years of service in many areas of renovation and remodeling work, as well as estimating and customer care, he was promoted to Project Manager. He is a graduate of Columbus State Community College with an Associate Degree in Law Enforcement. Our customers describe Tom as friendly, detail oriented, conscientious, and a proactive communicator who works consistently and thoroughly.
Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper, Tammy BooneTammy brought her experience in office administration and freelance writing to our team in early 2015. Her organizational and planning skills, along with excellent attention to detail, enable her to work behind the scenes to make sure all administrative aspects of a customer’s project goes according to plan. A favorite aspect of her job is meeting new people and interacting with staff, vendors and customers. Tammy is a graduate of Miami University and has lived in Columbus for much of her life.
Interior Designer, Abbigail (Abbi) FantozzAbbi joined our design team in 2013. She completed her Bachelor Degree in Interior Design from Bowling Green University. Her favorite parts of working in interior design are seeing the client’s enjoyment of the finished product and comparing the before/after. Abbi focuses on clients’ personality and interests so that the design truly fits the client. If a client isn’t sure what they want in a remodel, she helps them find inspiration to find the best fit. Customers tend to be very comfortable with Abbi, feeling able to openly express their likes and dislikes so that she can customize their project to their wants, needs and budget. Abbi’s enjoyment of theater productions, live music, animals, travel and new cultures are always providing fresh inspiration for her work.
