BKS was willing to work with me to get what I wanted done. There were no problems with my project. Everything was finished for the weekend and my daughter coming home, which was nice. Tom was very meticulous in putting in the tile. Love my flooring – want my other two bathrooms done!

We were excited to see the design and how our kitchen could be transformed. Mark & Kelly were very responsive to our ideas and needs. We really didn’t know what to expect having never remodeled before. We’ve learned through this process to stay flexible. Great attention to detail; Scott is a perfectionist and we really appreciated his effort throughout the entire process. Overall, we are very happy with our new kitchen. The dust has cleared, the room has been painted, and we couldn’t be happier with our newly renovated master-bathroom. Scott and Tom certainly displayed skill in every aspect of re-construction, but they were also respectful, they cleaned up at the end of the workday, and most of all, they communicated with us as the project progressed. I always knew ahead of time if the water was to be turned off, etc., so that I could plan accordingly. We suffered an unexpected leak after the first shower, but I judge the worth of a company by the quality of response, and Scott responded in a timely manner, with concern and an effective solution. You have a group of talented, responsible contractors. I was shocked, when on the morning of a snow storm that shut down everything, including OSU, Tom showed up at my house – bright and early! Thank you.
